Mercy High School recently partnered with Publishing Concepts (PCI) to update our alumnae records to better serve our alumnae. In response to inquiries, we have prepared an FAQ which can be found below.
Mercy has partnered with Publishing Concepts, Inc. (PCI) to help us update our alumnae records. This partnership is a free service to Mercy High School which will help us better serve you! By having updated and correct contact information, the Alumnae Office can communicate with you about new events, activities, and programs.
PCI is a family-owned business based in Dallas, Texas that has published directories for educational institutions, fraternities, sororities, and military organizations for more than 100 years. Mercy previously partnered with PCI in 2010 to launch the Alumnae Directory in honor of our 50th anniversary.
PCI is committed to protecting your information. The names, addresses, and information provided to PCI will be kept confidential, except to the extent that they are utilized in, or in the preparation of, the Alumnae Directory, and except as required by court order or law.
Mercy High School does not benefit financially from sales of the Alumnae Directory. The school will receive any updated information you provide for our database.
You may update your information in the following ways:
If you received a postcard or an email with a telephone number, you may dial the number to speak with a PCI employee assigned to Mercy High School’s project. They will verify the information we have on file for you and make any updates where needed.
If you received an email with an embedded link, you may click the link which will direct you to a portal where you can review your information.
If you did not receive a postcard or email, then Mercy High School does not have your correct contact information. You may call the dedicated Mercy High School update line at 855.300.0796.
If you live internationally or cannot call the update line, please email customerservice@publishingconcepts.com. PCI will send you a personalized link to update your information.

Mercy High School is proud to have more than 8,000 alumnae! Contacting each alumna will take roughly 12 months. Since we began this project in September 2024, our Alumnae Directory will be distributed in September 2025.
Incorrect information may be listed in Mercy’s database and the Alumnae Directory. Without correct contact information, you may miss out on exciting events, activities, class reunions, and school updates available only to Mercy alumnae.
PCI offers several purchase options to fit many budgets. PCI attempts to keep costs to a minimum for partner schools; however, rising costs of paper and other printing materials has caused an increase in their directory fees.
Mercy does not have correct information for you in our database. We would love to be in touch with you! If you did not receive a postcard or an email, please contact PCI’s dedicated Mercy High School update line at 855.300.0796.

The names, addresses, and information provided to PCI will be kept confidential, except to the extent that they are utilized in, or in the preparation of, the Alumnae Directory, and except as required by court order or law.
